The English Access Scholarship Program (hereafter known as “Access Program” or “Access”) is a U.S. Department of State-sponsored program that is managed by the local U.S. Embassy/Consulate and implemented by the Aid for Rural Education Access Initiative (AREAi), supporting global English language learning needs and improving English teaching capacity.
